Abstract
This book presents two facets of nutrition namely the foods which supply the nutrients in part I and the effects of nutrients (good and bad) on the health. A compendium of composition of foods is given in part I from abalome to zucchin (Around 300 foods are so selected and arranged alphabetically). In part II is arranged alphabetically the various terms which are related to health through nutrition.Downloads
