Abstract
This laboratory manual in its first 23 chapters deals with important instrumental techniques used in food analysis. Useful data on the principle involved, equipment set up, chemicals needed and procedure and calculation in the use of apparatus like spectrophotometer, flame photometer, chromatography etc. are given in detail with clear illustrations. The next two chapters deal with standard methods for assay of food components or food quality.Downloads
