Effect of Epicatechin on Liver Lipids of Rats Fed with Choline Deficient Diet

Abstract
Feeding of choline deficient diet results in the accumulation of lipids in the liver of rats. Constituents of french wine having a hypocholesterolemic action were studied by Masquelier et al. The presence of small amount of epicatechin in the wine contributes to the hypocholesterolemic action.Downloads
