Abstract
Studies on growth and physical development of infants and children are important as they provide determinants of a nation's health'. On the whole, the labor force is from the low socio-economic segment of the population and it is all the more important that nutritionists and health educators should be concerned with the growth and development of infants belonging to this group. Devadas et al, have studied the physical measurements of infants in Coimbatore in relation to diet and nutrition.Downloads
