Abstract
Ceres is a bi-monthly publication of the Food and Agricultural Organisation of the United Nations. CERES has decided to bring forth special reports on selected aspects of development, such as regional integration and the role of private investment. The editors are to be congratulated for devoting the first special issue to India, 1968- The reports in this issue attempt to give an objective appraisal of the issues and have raised many lively and controversial questions.Downloads
