Abstract

Judelson quotes that taking a look at the foods we eat is like taking a look inside our heart. To have a normal blood lipid profile is important, hence a lot of efforts should be taken to identify foods and other factors which would help us to reduce high level of lipid and also lead a comfortable and happy life. Com oil has been used extensively in studying the relationship of dietary fat to blood cholesterol levels.
