Abstract
"Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, dine like a pauper" - True to this old adage, breakfast is the most important meal of the day as it significantly contributes to the mean daily nutrient intake. Eating breakfast is the best way to maintain a healthy body weight and get nutrients that cannot be compensated by other meals during the day. Consumption of a nutritious breakfast is associated with better physical and mental performance.Downloads
