Abstract
Pregnancy is a normal physiological process and adequate nutrition before and during pregnancy has a long-term health impact. Raman specifies that poor food intake, social and cultural taboos, low income, teenage pregnancy, ignorance about family planning methods, high infant mortality, repeated and closely spaced pregnancies, deprive the pregnant women of her nutritional reserves.Downloads
