Role of Nutrition on Enhancement of Mental Ability
Jump To References Section
Abstract
Intelligence is considered to be the highest mental ability, which is said to be the core of competency of individual in every field. A child's developmental level is the end result of a wide variety of factors-prenatal, parental and postnatal. The genetic aspect of intelligence which sets the boundaries of further development in intelligence after birth is also under question. A constant effort is being made to establish the relationship between nutrition and intelligence, either through inductive or through deductive reasoning. Many child developmentalists and psychologists suggest that, the pre-school age is the most important growing period for academic achievements.Downloads
