Abstract

At this stage, when nutrition has taken great strides in national development and dessimination of knowledge, it is very apt that the negative aspects such as food faddism and quackery are also looked into. This monograph is an outcome of a three day symposia held by Swedish Nutrition Foundation in August, 1969.
