Abstract
This latest report of the Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives deals with the problems of contamination of food by metals like mercuiy, lead and cadmium. The report examines the sources from which these metals may be derived, the levels in different foods, and the potential health hazards.Downloads
