Abstract

"Advances in Nutrition Research" brings forth current knowledge on interesting nutritional research topics. Volume 2 in 10 chapters covers recent research findings on regulation of energy metabolism, nutrition and metabolism of carcinogens, nutritional status and susceptibility to infection, atherosclerosis and nutrition, osteoporosis and nutrition and factors in carcinogenesis. The authors have presented the information in simple and precise language with impressive illustrations. References cited at the end of the chapter would be found useful by research workers, teachers and students in Nutrition.
