Abstract
The joint FAO and WHO Expert Group convened a number of meetings during the last 20 years to review the available scientific evidence to recommend approaches to the estimation of human nutritional requirements for calories, proteins, calcium and vitamin A, thiamine, riboflavin and niacin, on an international basis.Downloads
