Abstract
A detailed report of ARS research activities on all aspects and varieties of meat is outlined both in words and pictoriously and is suggestive for future research especially on the utilization of waste stressed. The report ends with a hopeful note that research in all areas is possible with the help of agricultural research. This report would be of great value to all food, nutrition, agricultural and veterinary scientists and provides for new areas and ideas in research in these fields.Downloads
