Abstract
CIMMYT, the International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center is a new concept of voluntary international co-operations aimed at contributing rapid and substantial increase in world food productions. Wheat and maize are the two main crops under its purview and all interested government and institutions its collaborators. Ever since its inception in 1966, the organization has been catalysing agricultural progress as related to wheat and maize in many countries and this booklet gives in brief the wide coverage of research programmes of CIMMYT in various parts of the world.Downloads
