Abstract
We have recently studied the effect of different levels of gram and lentil protein on the liver and blood lipids of rabbits. The animals receiving Bengal gram and lentil at 12 per cent level for eight weeks showed increased contents of liver lipids and cholesterol with a concomitant decrease in phospholipid level in liver.Downloads
