The Central Food Technological Research Institute Mysore, India which is one of national laboratories, sponsored by the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, Government of India, is conducting research in the fields of nutrition, biochemistry, microbiology and foods and extension work- The contribution of these laboratories in solving the food and nutrition problems in India is noteworthy.Downloads
