Abstract
Rapid industrialization and changing lifestyles have led to the development of large scale catering, which prepare and distribute food to the public. There has been a marked increase in the consumption of food outside home. Greater numbers of people eat meals prepared in restaurants, canteens, fast foods outlets and street foods.Downloads
