Abstract

Health is not a static phenmenon but a dynamic life process which begins at birth and is governed by the genetic, nutritional and environmental factors throughout life. The calorie and nutrient intake affect work capacity and output and if the nutrient intake is either too much or too low, it results in obesity and malnutrition.
