By way of introduction the idea of the study of Taubsrian constants may be indicated as follows. Let us, as a simple example, consider summability (C, 1). Let {tn} denote the (C, 1) transform of the sequence {sn}, i.e., let
tn = S 0 + Sn + + sn n+1.
