On Feuerbach's Theorem

Abstract

For an author to write a paper on Feuerbach's Theorem for this Journal, while aware that his knowledge of the Modern Geometry of the Triangle is of the slightest, is an act of temerity. Perhaps the very temerity will be an excuse, for it may lay me open to easy attack,- always a virtue in a writer who is sometimes right-and if my ignorance has led me to give old proofs of old theorems, this may be a bond of sympathy.
