Snake bites are important medical emergencies in clinical practice. Viper bite envenomation classically comprise of local cellulitis, coagulopathy and nephrotoxicity. Cardiovascular manifestations are rarely reported which usually include non-specific ECG changes.We report 12 year old boy who developed shock and myocarditis following viper envenomation along with coagulopathy and kidney injury.Downloads
