Abstract
Where does nutrition education fit into the primary school curriculum and how should it be taught? The answers to these questions are difficult indeed; but the author of the book under review, Lydia de Esquef, has made a beautiful attempt to answer them, as well as other related questions, drawn from the experience of many FAO experts engaged in this area of research, and from her own invaluable experience in nutrition education in Latin America.Downloads
