Rural Nutrition in China
Jump To References Section
Abstract
This volume is an expert's attempt to define the actual situation of nutrition in rural China. In isolated countries like China where basic data and the estimates of the degrees of under-nutrition and/or malnutrition is lacking in the absence of the essential dietary surveys and their associated clinical and biochemical examinations, it is hard to precisely assess the nutritional situation.Downloads
