Abstract
Roadside catering units are an uproar business in most of the leading cities in India. They are patterned to render services to the working classes of the low and middle income strata of the society. The mushroom growth of these units around the busy areas are so popular that it has been a source of self employment for many unemployed youth. The factors usually desired by the clients were low price and simple and fast service though these food are popular. The wholesomeness of these foods in terms of sanitation are questionable.Downloads
