Abstract
During recent years, a large amount of work has been carried out by various workers on the protein and amino acid requirements of human beings. The different aspects of the problem have been discussed b the Committee on amino acid requirements of the Food and Nutrition Board, National Research Council, U.S.A., Holt and Snyderman, Swami nathan and FAQ/WHO Expert Committee on protein requirements.Downloads
